Chef Ben Hoffer is a Colorado native who grew up in Manitou Springs. After graduating from Manitou Springs High School, Ben was accepted into the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, where he attained his culinary degree. Greatly respected by his staff and peers, Ben oversees all Food and Beverage aspects of the Pinery at the Hill. Ben specializes in International Fusion, combining cuisines from all over the world utilizing modern trends and interpretations as well as classical French techniques. In addition to his deep passion for cooking and the service industry, Ben is an active fly fisherman, musician, and outdoors enthusiast.
